The essentials: Part 1

In my quest for running outfits that don't make you a) so uncomfortable you want to cry, or b) so unattractive you want to cry, I've scoured a fair few clothing rails. 

Through trial and error I quickly learnt that core kit is the most fundamental, and so I thought I'd share the pieces I've found to be the best.

As all the ladies know - a good bra is elementary, especially when you're running long distances.  Below is my selection of different styles and supports, depending on desire.
